The goal
Sinara Transport Machines builds a new generation of locomotives. The task was to show not only the machines but the way the company works: design, testing on digital twins, production.
The solution
Three holographic cubes, linked into one narrative, walk the viewer through the entire cycle — from the design office to the shop floor to service. New industrial processes call for a new way of showing them: the hologram lays digital graphics over real scale models, and complex technology becomes tangible.
About holograms
A hologram is an image of a three-dimensional object that comes remarkably close to the object itself. A true projection onto thin air is not yet possible: a hologram needs a surface for the light to fall on. We reproduce the effect inside a closed volume with a system of mirrors — we call that setup a holocube.
